Spicy Apple Salsa

- 1 cup diced Granny Smith apples
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ tsp minced jalapeño pepper
- ½ tsp grated lime rind
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/8 tsp black pepper1 small garlic clove, minced
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve with baked tortilla chips or pork chops.
